In our rental we only have bicycles of the renowned Specialized brand. We have tourist and mountain bikes. Vado, Tero and Levo models. M and L sizes. More about the bikes and their specifications can be found here.

The range of an electric bike depends on the riding mode, the amount of inclines climbed and the rider’s weight. Our experience indicates a real range of 40-80 km. However, it happens that an advanced cyclist will cover the route even 125 km.

The rental includes a bicycle, a helmet, a repair kit for inner tubes, and a bicycle lock.

We have bicycle panniers, children’s seats and children’s bikes in the rental.

In the event of a puncture, use the repair kit. In case of other failures, please look for the nearest bike shop or bring the bike to us for repair.

Currently, we do not offer bicycle delivery to hotels, but we are located in the very center of Puerto de la Cruz and we are easy to find.

Yes, we have a set of recommended routes. We choose them depending on the user’s preferences, e.g. along the ocean coast or mountains and forest wilderness. We also choose them according to the cyclist’s condition and age.
